Introducing Marketing Work Sprints
into the Business Accelerator Workrooms
Thought I would share a lesson in listening to your community. As you know last year I launched a paid Business Accelerator for business owners, change makers and culture creators who want to grow and scale their business so they can nourish themselves, their teams and the communities they serve.
We have open work room sessions almost daily where people can get 1:1 and community led support almost daily but the community asked for subject focused work sprints. You know Marketing, profit planning, funnels, social media, audience development, etc
I admit I was sceptical. But today we had our first Marketing Work Sprint and I am all in now on the concept. So productive for both the members AND Me.
We worked for two hours and built integrated marketing plans that are repeatable foundational systems and processes that go beyond one post on social media.
