Logo & brand Design

Joris Grey – Queer Leadership Coach
Joris wanted a clear consistent brand to reflect the new momentum in his business. When we asked him what was the overall feel of the brand he wanted, he replied “Cthulhu energy”. We added in a lighthouse because Joris is known for being able to see right into his clients needs and help highlight the opportunities and strengths they can tap into to grow or scale their business. He also knows exactly how to make it even better. We made the tentacle move the lighthouse to show Joris meeting his clients where they are, but still rooted in strong, unwavering support.
For the overall visual brand, we loved the greens Joris was already bringing in, but did a dark vignette with highlighted centre to symbolize that being a business owner has it’s dark shadows too, but having a trusted advisor to light the way, makes the difference.
Deonn Venture
Deonn wanted to move into a different audience for their sorcery but still reflect their feral, creative ways. We went with a textured logo that can also be flat.
Bringing in keys, crushed velvet and a metal finish, this logo emerged. Deonn is the key to many doors opening for their clients and we wanted to bring that into play.
With the overall brand and web design, we won’t keep it always this dark – giving juxtaposition with light, dark and metal, fabric textures, Deonn’s new brand symbolizes professional sorcery with a personal, intimate, old school luxury feel.

Elle & Wink Studios
Elle wanted a new professional and easily scalable logo to go along with some new exciting opportunities in their business. Being from Enderlin, North Dakota, Elle lives in a community that calls itself the Sunflower community. Elle is a mixed media artist and uses various tools for her art, so we wanted to incorporate the palette knife. We looked at a clean font that represented the contrast between clean and messy lines we see in mixed media art. Allowing the logo to be black and white, let’s it stand out from the color and beauty in Elle’s art.
Regenerative Business Growth & Scale Strategy

“I looked for a program where I feel supported and there’s really good ideas that actually help me move forward in a pacing that is my own, which is also very important… What I like about Create the Rules is that it’s literally everything. If you are a solopreneur, it’s literally everything and more that you need.”
